RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

StateMINT Tees will issue a refund to the original method of payment that was used on an order in the event that your order:

 

1. Is cancelled by StateMINT Tees 

2. If your item is no longer available after you order

3.Your order is proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the fault of StateMINT Tees (not the shipper or customer)

StateMINT Tees will take up to 10 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 14 business days to post to your account.

If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Q: I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can you reship my order to my correct address at no charge to me?

A: No. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. We will not reship orders that were incorrectly addressed. 

Q: Do you offer refunds for reasons outside of the above?

A: No. All refunds will be refunded in the method in which you purchase. 

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: No. We do not offer exchanges.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. You have 24 hours after checkout to cancel an order. After 24 hours we can NOT cancel any orders.

If your order has been processed or has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order, no exceptions. We will; however, accept returns for accidental orders as long as the item(s) is in its original, unopened StateMINT Tees package. In a case like this, the order, or item must be received with our original packaging or it will not be accepted. Please email our customer service team at stateminttee@gmail.com for guidance with this process.
