How can we help you?

Q. What happens if my order was returned to the sender or if I had the incorrect shipping address listed on my order? What should I do?

A. If USPS, returns your order back to State-MINT Tees due to an incorrect address, we will reship the order. A $6.95 reshipping fee will apply to re-shipments to a different address. If the unit/suite/apt number is missing, the reshipping fee would apply.

A. Winter Haven, Florida

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days, with shipping time from 5-7 Business days. Tracking numbers will be provided via email as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. This does not include Holidays and Weekend

Q. What's your REFUND policy?

A. Refunds are only granted if one of the following occurs:We are unable to fulfill your order (inventory etc)Order arrives incorrect from OUR mistake (wrong item,size, color, defected or damaged.)Allow refunds up to 14 Business days to be credited back to you in the same manner in which you placed your order.Any other refund request will be issued a store credit.(your end not ours)

Q. What happens if my order tracking has not updated within 10 days, my order was delivered to the wrong place, lost or stolen?

A. We are not responsible for any mistakes made by USPS. If we have the correct information on the shipping you will have to open a claim with USPS on their mistake. If your tracking number does not update in 7 Business days please email us but we can not correct any mistakes made by USPS. Keep us in the loop!

Q. Do we offer personalized orders?

A. Not at this time

Q. I forgot to apply a promo code or gift card, can I add it after I checkout?

A. We are unable to go back and add any changes to the order after checkout

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. You have 24 hours after checkout to cancel an order. After 24 hours we can NOT cancel any orders.

Q.Will all of my items ship together?

A. Yes all items will ship at one time, if there are any delays with any orders, email communication will be sent

Q. What size should I order?

A. We have a suggestive size chart on our website, please check it out before you order

Q. Will the color be the same as online?

A. Colors may vary slightly from online as the computer and in person are two different things. However, colors are very very close and won't be to far fetch. We can always email you a photo, shoot us an email.
